Return & Refund Policy

At Nebuelar™, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the request and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Returns requested after 30 days of delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
